What a strange time this is.
The whole team at Autolawn hope that you are all staying safe and well in this challenging situation. We recognise that things are very uncertain right now and we want to reassure all our customers that we are working hard to maintain our services, however our most important priority is keeping you and your families safe.
With safety in mind, we are constantly reviewing our practices and have made some changes to the way we work, in order to focus on the wellbeing of our customers and staff.
We now ensure that all site visits are carried out according to government guidelines, with no contact and keeping a minimum of 2 metres between people. As a result, we are able to continue to fulfil your orders, as well as take bookings for our free consultations. Of course, we are also taking care of our existing customers with regards to servicing etc.
We recognise that many of our customers do not feel able to commit to a date for a site visit at this stage, so we are taking the details of anyone who would like to be contacted to book a site visit when the lockdown situation is less intense.
We are also working within government guidelines with regards to social distancing in our office.
Please rest assured that we are doing our absolute best to take care of our valued customers during this time which we know only too well is one of the busiest times in the garden!
