These terms of use will give you information about us and the legal terms of use (Terms) by which we supply and of the products listed on our website to you. These Terms cover the website and related services in the United Kingdom only. 

Please read these Terms carefully before placing any orders, and we recommend that you keep a copy of these Terms for future reference.

  • The purchase of products

2.1 The product listing (and all images) on our site are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to ensure that these are correct. Some computer monitors may display colours differently and all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements are an indication only. Packaging may also vary from that shown on the website.

2.2 Please take time to check your order before you click buy now. Clicking buy now represents a binding offer to purchase the goods.

2.3 Your order will be accepted when we have emailed you to accept, at which point the purchase contract is complete.

2.4 If we are unable to accept your order we will inform you in writing and we will not charge you for the product. Reasons for declining your order include, but are not limited to, product out of stock, error in the price or description of product, problems with our secure payment system, or unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

2.5 Should our confirmation of order contain written or printed errors, or the setting of our prices be affected by technical errors, we shall be entitled to appeal, with a necessity to prove our error to you. Any payments made will be refunded.

2.6 The language of the purchase contract, order and business transaction is English.

2.7 All our prices are in GBP and include VAT. They do not include delivery or installation costs.

  • Changes to these Terms of Use

3.1 These Terms of Use are changed from time to time. Every time you place an order with us, the Terms of Use relevant at the time you placed your order will be applied.

3.2 We may revise these terms or change the products as they apply to your order occasionally to reflect changes in laws or regulations. If this is necessary, we will contact you to inform you of how this affects you. If you wish to cancel as a result you may do so, but if you have already received any product from us you must return it and we will issue a full refund.

  • Ending the contract

4.1 You may end your contract with us:

  • Because of something we have done, including; informing you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms, informing you of an error in the description or price of the product, delay in supplying products caused by events outside of our control, technical reasons. In this instance when the contract has been ended by you we will refund in full for any products not provided.

  • Because you have changed your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) With most Products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.

4.2 How to end your contract with us:

  • You may contact us to end the contract by phone, online or email (see page one of these Terms for contact details).

  • If you end the Contract for any reason after goods have been supplied to you these must be returned to us at your cost, unless: the products are faulty, you do not wish to proceed after we inform you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms, we inform you of an error in the description or price of the product, there is a delay in supplying products caused by events outside of our control, there are technical reasons on our part.

4.3 Refunds

  • We will refund you for the price of the product using the method you used to pay. We may make deductions from the refund including but not limited to, the following cases: goods have been soiled, damaged or mishandled, parts are missing or have not been packaged in a way which protects them from transport damage.

  • We will make any refunds as soon as possible after we have received the goods back from you.

  • If there is a problem with the product

  • Please contact us as soon as possible is there is a problem with the product, using the contact details at the beginning of these Terms.

  • Summary of your legal rights

  • We are legally bound to supply only products which conform to the Contract and by agreeing to these Terms your statutory rights are not affected.

  • Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. For more information, please visit the Citizens Advice website www.adviceguide.org.uk

  • You are obligated to return Products if you decide to exercise your Legal rights. Please contact us to arrange this.

  • Delivery

    • We aim to deliver products within 10 working days after the acceptance of your order, typically within 5 working days.

    • Occasionally Events Outside Our Control might mean that your delivery is delayed. Should this happen we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you and our contractual obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. We will arrange a new delivery date when the event is over.

    • You agree to be responsible for informing us of any difficulty with access we may encounter when delivering products to you. Please consider: narrow driveways and roads, low, overhanging trees or hedges and lack of turning area. We may need to make extra delivery arrangements which will be made at your cost.

    • There must be someone over 18 years old available at your address to take delivery. Should there be no one there, the good will be returned to the carrier’s office and you will need to arrange an alternative delivery day with them.

    • If we are unable to deliver the products because you refuse to take delivery or are not available to do so, we will store the products but the responsibility of risk is transferred to you and you shall be liable for all reasonable costs related.

    • Deliveries are Monday-Friday unless otherwise stated or arranged.

    • On receipt of your order we strongly recommend that you inspect all packages in front of the delivery driver before you sign for them. Failure to do this could make claims against the carrier difficult or even impossible.

    • An adults signature is required for all deliveries and the delivery driver may require assistance in unloading the product.

    • If we miss the delivery deadline, either our standard deadline or one separately arranged with us, for any product, then you may cancel your order if:

  • We have refused to deliver the products.

  • You informed us previously that delivery within the deadline was essential

  • If you do not wish to cancel your order you can give us a new deadline for delivery, and you can cancel your order if we do not meet this new deadline.

  • If you do choose to cancel your order as a result of a delivery deadline being missed, you may do so for some or part of the order. If the products have already been delivered you must return them to us.

  • Occasionally we may have to suspend the supply of a product. Reasons include but are not limited to: technical problems or minor technical changes, product updates to reflect industry requirements or regulations. If this happens, we will contact you to inform you, and should you decide to end the contract, we will refund any payments you have made.

  • We currently only deliver to the UK.

  • We may have to withdraw the product, for example as a result of manufacturers decision to cease production, in which case we will inform you as soon as possible, refund you any payments made, and give you the opportunity to purchase an alternative product.

  • How to Pay

    • You may pay by using credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. Please enter your details carefully.

    • Payment for products is in advance.

  • Manufacturers Guarantee

    • All our products come with a manufacturers guarantee. Please refer to the documentation provided with the products.

    • The manufacturers guarantee is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    • Rechargeable batteries come with a different manufacturers guarantee from that of the product. Please refer to the documentation provided with the product. Claims cannot be made for the loss of performance of rechargeable batteries due to normal wear and tear, improper use, handling or storing.

  • Our liability

    • If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage you suffer as a result. We are not liable for any loss or damage which is not foreseeable.

    • All products supplied are for domestic use only.

    • We do not limit or exclude our liability to you in relation to current UK law.

  • Ineffective Clauses

    • If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

  • Transferral of Rights

    • We reserve the right to transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, but in this instance your rights and our obligations will not be affected. We will notify you if this happens.

    • You may not assign, subcontract or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations under these terms unless we give our written consent.

  • The Law

12.1 Please note that these Terms are governed by English law. You and we agree that the UK courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of these Terms.
